• Authorized to use UnifyLeads on behalf of your organization

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to:

• Use UnifyLeads only for lawful, authorized business purposes
• Avoid uploading or sharing harmful, misleading, or illegal content
• Refrain from disrupting or attempting to breach the security of the platform

5. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

• Temporarily suspend access for maintenance or updates
• Modify or discontinue features at any time with notice

We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our control.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription.

• Pricing is displayed on our website or discussed during onboarding
• Subscriptions may be monthly or annual
• Payment is due in advance for each billing cycle
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination

You retain ownership of the data you input into UnifyLeads, including:

• Analytics results

We do not claim ownership but require a license to process and analyze this data to deliver our services.

9. Third-Party Integrations

UnifyLeads may integrate with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, etc. You are responsible for:

• Managing those connections
• Ensuring you have the rights to connect those services

We are not responsible for the terms or policies of third-party services.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Fail to make payment (for paid accounts)

Upon termination, your access will be revoked, but you may request a copy of your stored data.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UnifyLeads will not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption
• Claims arising from third-party services

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UnifyLeads and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your breach of third-party rights
